We are seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join us in Belfast. This is a good opportunity to join an ambitious team that will provide you with plenty of scope for career progression in the coming years.

You will become an important part of our Geotechnical team, providing highly specialised expertise to internal and external clients. You will support the delivery of our UK infrastructure programmes, primarily in the water sector working with key water clients such as Northern Ireland and Irish Water. You will collaborate and work closely with our multidisciplinary engineering and design teams while providing support and advice to the contractors we are working with.

About You

You will hold a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology or a related subject, eight or more years of relevant experience, and be a chartered member of a relevant institution such as the ICE or Geological Society.

You will have experience preparing geotechnical desk studies, conducting ground investigations, factual and interpretive ground investigation reports, and geotechnical design reports; conducting site inspections; and will have experience undertaking geotechnical analysis of structures ideally including numerical analysis.

Most importantly, you will have a passion for delivering quality geotechnical solutions to our clients, this will be critical to your success.
