Person specification
Essential:
Comprehensive and proven knowledge of energy markets and the influence of key regulatory measures, including transmission access rights, network charging frameworks, and the connection regimes
(LEAD)
Experience of leading in a complex environment, acting as an internal expert ? advising and challenging senior leaders on strategic and operational performance related matters: effectively presenting the risks, trade-offs, and wider commercial and economic considerations to decision makers
(LEAD)
Proven experience of managing people, directly or as part of virtual teams, and delivering projects against challenging deadlines with minimal supervision, and the ability to react appropriately to fast changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to non-expert audiences
Desirable:
Demonstrated understanding and experience of analysing market behaviour of storage and demand side resources
Familiarity with licensing and industry codes frameworks and change process
