Job title: Principal Quality Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Process Management/Technology

Location: Barrow (We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements)

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Process Management

\xc2\xb7 Facilitation of process development across the Submarines business

\xc2\xb7 Providing process management support and consultation to a wide range of stakeholders in support of continuous improvement

\xc2\xb7 Leading and driving Quality technology and investment portfolio

\xc2\xb7 Identification of new ways of working, focusing on digitisation of the Quality function

\xc2\xb7 Undertake routine, non-routine & complex Quality Assurance activities & tasks, able to access and have a clear understanding of and develop Local Management System Documentation

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring deliverables are achieved and LfE is captured and applied, support departmental reviews and liaise with stakeholders when required

\xc2\xb7 Support the delivery of results via continuous improvement activities, Using & analysing information from across the business to prevent issues from occurring

The Process Management team:

You will work as a fully contributory member of the Quality team , responsible for demonstrating SHE and responsible business behaviours. You will report to the Quality Lead and provide support to Early Careers on rotation through Quality roles.
