Are you an experienced M&E Recruitment Consultant ready to step up into a Principal role? This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist consultancy in Belfast and take ownership of a warm desk with plenty of scope to grow.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) recruitment who is confident managing the full 360 process, building long-term client relationships, and consistently delivering high-quality placements across the UK and Ireland.

What you will be doing

Running your own 360 M&E recruitment desk Building and developing relationships with contractors, consultancies, and end users Managing the full recruitment process from business development to aftercare Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and win new business Supporting the wider team and contributing to business growth
What we are looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in M&E / Building Services recruitment A strong network of clients and candidates in the sector Consistent billing history and a proven track record of success Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills Ambitious, motivated, and able to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-110,000.00 per year
