Job Title:

Small Format Digital Print Operator

We are seeking an experienced Small Format Digital Print Operator to join our busy, fast-paced print environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high-quality output across a range of digital print and finishing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Produce a variety of small-format print jobs

A5-A3 flyers

A4 and A5 booklets

Simple A4 and A5 documents

NCR sets

Operate print and finishing equipment

Morgana booklet maker

Guillotine

Coil and wire binding machines

Fastback binder

Other finishing tools and equipment

Use Fiery Command WorkStation for print workflow management

Perform basic file checks and edits using Adobe Acrobat

Liaise with account managers/clients occasionally to ensure job requirements are met

Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and efficiency SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous experience as a digital print operator (small format preferred)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn--full training on specific equipment will be provided
