This family run Print and Design Business was established in 1994 and is Shropshire's leading Digital Print and Design studio. Located in Telford in prestigious, spacious new premises, we provide, design, print and full finishing services to a wide range of valued and loyal clients, locally and throughout the Country.

An exciting opportunity for a part-time Print Studio Assistant to join our team at our premises in Access 442, Hadley Park East.

Key Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

Printing of leaflets, posters, cards, banners etc. utilising the latest digital print machines. Operating a wide range of finishing equipment, including booklet makers, laminators and die cutters. Effective communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers. Updating customer account sheets and generating internal paperwork. Elements of design work acting as either design cover for the team or support when required for right candidate. Possibility of social media responsibilities for right candidate.
Previous experience of print production is not required, as full training will be provided for the right candidate. Personality is valued over experience.

Qualifications / Skills required are:

C grade or equivalent in GCSE English and Maths minimum Reliable, flexible team player Quick to learn digital platforms Ability to work accurately and quickly to meet tight deadlines Good standard of education and excellent spelling ability Customer focussed, providing a professional, friendly service Good general computer skills (experience in Outlook, Excel, Word etc.) A creative mind is ideal as some design work will be required. Experience in utilising Adobe design software (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is preferred but not crucial. Full Clean Driving Licence preferred
This is an office-based role

Pay: From 12.25 per hour
