Job Description
Printed Circuit Board Assembler | Fringe Electronics Limited | Clipstone, Mansfield
We are seeking an experienced PCB Solderer / Assembler, to join our team based in Clipstone, Mansfield. You will be responsible for the manufacture of printed circuit boards in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Duties will include:-
Preparing components and wires, including crimping and tinning Populating PCB's with components Conventional hand soldering and assembly Following assembly diagrams and training instructions Maintaining accurate manufacturing information relevant to the job Providing improvement ideas / feedback to the Production Supervisor
Essential experience:-
Knowledge of components and tools used in an electronics manufacturing environment Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively to deadlines A practical aptitude and the ability to work with your hands Good communication skills
Desirable:-
Previous experience as a PCB assembler within an electronics/manufacturing environment Familiarity with antistatic workstations Experience in electronics manufacturing Knowledge of IPC standards
