We are a boutique private dental clinic in the heart of Leicestershire, and as we expand due to demand, we are looking for an associate to join our team.

Our clinic is committed to providing clinical excellence with comprehensive and bespoke smile and dental treatments. We offer orthodontics, implant surgery, smile design and makeovers, as well as quality general dentistry.

We are only looking for associates who show commitment and dedication to the quality of their dentistry; this means proper assessment and careful diagnoses, using loupes and all special tests available; this means using proper isolation and rubber dam for all restorative work, and following evidence-based protocols for treatments. This means someone who is an excellent communicator, and is able to quickly build excellent and trusting relationships with our patients.

We carefully select our team to ensure everyone is there for a shared purpose - to provide the best possible quality of care. Our team will always go the extra mile for every single patient, and we provide the best possible patient journey from start to finish.

We have all the latest toys, including itero scanners, OPG, microscopes, DSLR cameras in every room, and much more. We want to carefully grow our team to provide the best possible environment for our staff, our clinicians and our patients.

Pay: 80,000.00-150,000.00 per year
