Use your knowledge, experience and networks to deliver a sophisticated Private Banking service that caters to the unique needs of High Net Worth (HNW) clients
Build profitable relationships with a cross-section of HNW Clients by understanding clients' requirements and increasing the penetration of products and services to them
Successfully represent the Bank externally and internally
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a network of personal and business relationships to build a profitable client portfolio
Develop your relationship with your clients to become their Trusted Advisor and act as a consistent, credible and accessible point of contact for them, as well as a gateway to the Bank's full range of Wealth Management services
Develop and present business cases and initiate credit proposals that match financial products to your clients' needs
Build and manage a profitable portfolio of HNW clients, (including the management of a loan book) with particular focus on its impact on the P&L and the Balance Sheet
Provide an outstanding level of service to your clients as evidenced through positive feedback and the client survey results
Ensure you adhere to the Bank's risk and regulatory framework at all times, taking responsibility for key clients and important transactions, and your own risk and regulatory performance
If and where appropriate, fulfil the responsibilities required under the FCA's Senior Manager and Certification Regimes, and Conduct Rules

Knowledge & Experience
You will have a successful background in Wealth Management with broad experience across the financial services industry and detailed knowledge of Private Banking market
Private Banking experience (dealing with HNW individuals)
the ability to identify and close cross-sale opportunities within your portfolio
a proven track record managing and developing a client book in order to grow the business, acting as a conduit for the Bank's Wealth Management services, exceptional Relationship Management skills
experience in the control and monitoring of risk and regulatory responsibilities
