Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls with professional etiquette
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls efficiently
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
Perform data entry tasks
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
Handle phone enquiries courteously and professionally, directing calls as necessary
Support team members with various clerical duties to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Requirements
Proven office Private Client Legal experience or administrative experience preferred
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Experience with data entry and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
Exceptional typing skills with attention to detail
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently whilst contributing to team objectives
Organised approach to workload management with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
