Role: Private Client Partner

About the Role

A Top 100 London law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Partner to join its highly regarded and expanding Private Wealth team. This strategic hire will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm's private client offering and driving the continued growth of an already successful department.

As a senior figure within the team, you will advise a sophisticated client base of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees, and business owners on a wide range of estate planning, tax, trust, and international structuring matters.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor seeking leadership, influence, and partnership-level support within a progressive, forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex private client matters involving tax, trusts, estate, and succession planning Advise on both domestic and cross-border structures Drive business development and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and fee earners Collaborate closely with partners across multiple practice areas to deliver an integrated client service
Requirements

7+ years' PQE with a strong background in private client law A client following (preferred but not essential) Proven experience advising HNW/UHNW clients and handling cross-border issues Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
