Key Responsibilities





Step into a role where your expertise will:



Craft bespoke inheritance tax strategies to safeguard family legacies. Guide clients through intricate cross-border estate and tax planning. Advise on the nuances of residence and domicile rules affecting succession and taxation. Draft and administer wills, powers of attorney, and estates for both domestic and international clients. Provide specialist advice on the taxation of trusts and non-UK domiciled individuals. Design and implement tailored wealth structuring solutions, such as family constitutions, private trust companies, and family limited partnerships. Support clients and their families with sensitive Court of Protection matters. Lead succession planning for UHNW clients, ensuring their wishes and values are preserved for future generations.

Candidate Profile





We are looking for a visionary lawyer who is eager to make a difference and excel at the highest level. You should bring:

Significant Private Client experience with a demonstrable focus on advising UHNW individuals and families. Outstanding academic achievements and superb drafting and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building trusted relationships with clients. A strong record in business development and nurturing long-term professional partnerships. Organisational acumen, commercial awareness, and confidence in managing client files independently. A proactive and driven attitude, committed to ongoing learning and continuous professional development.
