The Opportunity: You'll join a highly ranked and respected Wills, Trusts & Probate team advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners on a range of complex and high-value matters, including: Tax-efficient Wills and estate planning Inheritance Tax mitigation and wealth preservation Creation and management of lifetime trusts and Family Investment Companies Estate administration (often involving taxable or multi-jurisdictional estates) Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications Trust administration and succession planning As a senior figure in the team, you'll have the opportunity to lead client relationships, support the development of junior lawyers, and help shape the future growth of the department.
