Job Description
A respected regional law firm in Preston is looking for a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX-qualified Fee Earner to join their well-established and supportive team.
You will handle a broad caseload of wills, trusts, probate, and estate matters. The firm offers a down-to-earth, modern working environment with strong internal support.
What We're Looking For:
Ideally 4+ years PQE (flexible for the right person) Able to manage a caseload independently Strong client communication skills Detail-oriented and organised
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full private client caseload including wills, probate and trusts Draft and prepare legal documentation Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and firm-wide standards Deliver high-quality, empathetic client care from start to finish
