The Role

We're looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload including:

Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trust creation and management Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters Inheritance Tax planning and related advice
You'll work closely with an experienced team, supported by well-trained assistants and excellent administrative systems. There's scope to develop your own client relationships and to play a key role in shaping the future of our Private Client offering.

About You

You will ideally have:

3+ years' PQE in Private Client work (but we welcome applications from all levels with relevant experience) Confidence in handling your own caseload with minimal supervision A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail A proactive, organised and collaborative attitude
If you're STEP-qualified or working towards it, that's a bonus -- but it's not essential.
