We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our esteemed legal team. Responsibilities

Advise clients on various private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate issues. Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes. Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the legal process. Conduct thorough research to stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect client matters. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery for clients. Represent clients in negotiations and meetings, advocating for their best interests at all times.

Experience

Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience in private client law. Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex legal agreements. Strong understanding of estate planning, tax implications, and trust law is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly to clients. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of client care. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous professional development.
