Job Description

The Private Client Tax Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in the Tax department, providing expert advice and managing a diverse portfolio of clients within the professional services industry. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a comprehensive understanding of tax legislation, and a commitment to providing top-notch client service.

  • Provide expert tax advice to a portfolio of private clients (HNWI/high profile clients)
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service are maintained
  • Stay updated with changes in tax legislation, communicating these to clients where necessary
  • Collaborate with other members of the tax team on complex tax matters
  • Prepare tax returns and other necessary documentation
  • Assist in the development of junior team members
  • Contribute to the growth of the tax department through business development activities
  • Ensure all work complies with internal procedures and professional standards
  • A split of 50% compliance & 50% advisory
