Our clinic treatment rooms are all CQC registered, meaning we are accredited by the Care Quality Commission meeting the required level of hygiene, operational setup (ie. room design and available facilities) and patient care standards. This means we can offer more advanced, invasive treatments than in a non CQC facility. This is the sort of level of accreditation usually found in hospitals and medical centres.
Overview of responsibilities:
experienced and proactive nurse in a private healthcare setting. dedicated Clinic Nurse to join our friendly team, with a unique opportunity to support our doctors, lead on nursing care, and oversee compliance as our CQC Lead.
Providing professional clinical support to doctors across consultations and minor procedures
Delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the patient journey
Acting as the CQC Lead?to maintain and exceed compliance standards, with responsibility for audits, policies, and inspection readiness
Contributing to a positive clinical environment and ongoing service improvements
Conducting laser treatments, skin peels, Botox and filler assuming qualified to do so. (training can be given for Laser)

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential
:
NMC-registered Nurse (essential)
Previous experience in a private clinic, GP surgery, or outpatient setting
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance
Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
A calm, compassionate approach and commitment to best practice
The ideal candidate may also include opportunities to carry out advanced skin treatments such as laser, blood testing and cosmetic injectables
Preferred
:
Ability to build rapport and confidently conduct treatments with patients.
Qualified to conduct aesthetics treatments, with testimonials and evidence of treatments previously given.
