About the Role




We are looking for skilled administrators to join our private services team.


Principle duties and responsibilities include:



Answering external telephone/email enquiries from potential clients, their families/relatives, and external organisations such as schools, care agencies, local authorities etc. Ensuring email enquiries are answered within 48 hours of being received. Contacting patients/parents to arrange medication review appointments. To be knowledgeable on the services we provide and to be able to relay this in a professional and inviting manner in line with the best customer service goal. To have understanding of our pricing structure and payment options and to be able to relay this to clients. Managing and maintaining the enquiry database, ensuring that this is up to date at all times for reliable data. Following up on previous unconverted enquiries to offer support and assistance if and when required. Gathering and uploading referral documents to IAPTUS within 48 hours of receipt. Ensuring referrals are processed through the system in line with KPIs. Carrying out weekly checks on enquiry data and reporting this to service lead. Carrying out audits in relation to enquiry and referral data. Inputting data into spreadsheets when required. Taking payments via card machine and logging payments onto Xero.

The role is office-based in the centre of

Canterbury, Kent

(Please note there is no onsite parking). The core hours are

09:00-17:00 Monday and Tuesday (15 hours per week)
