Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous, reliable, and professional

Taxi Driver

to join our transportation team. As part of our commitment to supporting our drivers, we provide insurance, a company vehicle, and full maintenance services to ensure you can focus on delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of road safety, and a customer-focused mindset. In this role, you will safely and efficiently transport passengers to their destinations while ensuring a clean and comfortable vehicle experience.

Responsibilities

Drive passengers safely and promptly to their destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, provided by the company, to enhance passenger comfort. Assist passengers with luggage or belongings when necessary. Provide friendly and professional customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for passengers. Use GPS navigation and maps to identify efficient routes and avoid delays. Accurately record trip details, including mileage and fuel usage, as required. Report any vehicle-related concerns to management, with all maintenance handled by the company. Communicate effectively with passengers, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Qualifications

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a taxi driver, delivery driver, or in commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with passengers. Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and maps. Prior experience as a van driver or in similar roles is an advantage. Physically fit to assist passengers with heavy luggage when needed. A friendly, approachable personality with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
