We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Taxi Drivers. Whether you have your own car and aspire to be an Owner Driver or prefer the convenience of using one of our company vehicles, we have opportunities that suit your needs. If you prioritize safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you. As a Happicabs driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our passengers have a safe and comfortable journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dependable and safe transportation services to our passengers. Maintain your vehicle in excellent condition (for Owner Drivers). Deliver top-tier customer service to create a positive experience. Adhere to all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of driving experience with a UK driver's license. Don't have a taxi license? No problem! We can assist you in obtaining one, typically taking just 4 weeks. Costs are around 600. Clean driving record. Customer-focused mindset. Proficient knowledge of Essex's road network. Effective communication skills.

Compensation:

We offer two package options:

Owner Driver

: You provide your own car.

Company Vehicle

: Use one of our vehicles.

Vehicle Rental

: If you don't have your own vehicle, you can rent one for 240 per week, which includes insurance and maintenance.

Special Offer

: In your first 2 weeks, we will charge half commission as an owner driver to help you get settled into the job. We will support you every step of the way.

Pay: Commission Based - Sales Revenue from 5000-8500 per month. Net income self-employed is anything from 3000-4500 per month take-home as an owner driver.
