Job Description
Are you a passionate and experienced music teacher looking to inspire students across Twickenham and Richmond? We're seeking a talented self-employed music educator to join our network, offering engaging lessons in students' homes or from your own home for one dedicated day a week.
We're looking for enthusiastic teachers proficient in
Piano, Guitar, Clarinet, Saxophone, or Singing
to provide high-quality lessons to students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced learners.About the Role:
Teach music lessons in students' homes within the
Twickenham, Hampton and Richmond areas
. Offer lessons from your own home forone dedicated day per week
(ideally in Hampton)
Initial part-time hours: 1-2 days per week (typically 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.), with potential for expansion.Competitive pay starting at 35 per hour.
This is aself-employed position
.What We're Looking For:
Grade 8 or higher
in your primary instrument/voice (certified by a recognised music board). At least2 years of teaching and performance experience.
Confidence in teaching students of all age groups and skill levels, up to Grade 8 and beyond. Strong communication skills to deliver engaging and effective lessons. Creativity, determination, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their musical goals. Reliable transport for travel to student homes. U.K. permanent residency and anupdated DBS certificate.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.We are dedicated to supporting students in reaching their full musical potential, providing high-quality lessons, and fostering a respectful and rewarding learning environment.
