to bring senior leadership, fresh thinking, and serious client skills to our

Manchester office

This role isn't about churning out tax returns. It's about

adding value

Following some senior exits/retirements and us coming together as a National team following various acquisitions, we're injecting new energy into Manchester.
About you...:

What you'll be doing

Managing a portfolio of

personal tax clients

, with some

partnership and trust work

thrown in. Leading on

CGT calculations

, complex returns, and client queries. Supporting the rollout of

automation tools

(yes, we've got a bot named Petar). Acting as a

senior voice

in Manchester - mentoring, challenging, and driving change. Collaborating with a national team to deliver a

seamless, tech-enabled compliance process

.

What we're looking for

A

qualified

(including ATT, CTA)

or experienced

tax pro with solid

private client compliance

knowledge. Someone who's

client-obsessed

- you know how to build trust and add value beyond the return. A

change-maker

who's excited by automation, innovation, and doing things differently. A

cultural fit

- ambitious, collaborative, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
