Salary: Up to 45,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Office-Based with flexibility
About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Probate Solicitor with around 2-3 years' PQE to join a growing and supportive team based in Cardiff. This is an excellent chance to further your career in private client law with a firm that places real value on providing a personal and professional service to its clients. The role will involve:

Managing a varied caseload of probate matters, including complex estate administration and inheritance tax issues.
Advising clients on the preparation and review of Wills, LPAs, and related estate planning matters.
Supporting clients through the full probate process-from application through to estate distribution.
Liaising with HMRC and the Probate Registry, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.
Working with a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, cohabiting couples, and blended families.
Participating in business development and building long-term relationships with clients.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in probate and estate administration.
Have strong knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning issues.
Possess excellent client care skills, with a sensitive and professional approach to handling emotionally charged matters.
Be highly organised and able to manage multiple cases independently.
Ideally have STEP membership or be working towards it (not essential).
