The Role
As a
Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive (2+ years PQE)
, you will:
Manage a varied caseload including drafting Wills, estate administration, LPAs, inheritance tax planning, and trust matters.
Provide high-level, client-focused advice with the support of an efficient team.
Have the autonomy to develop and grow the department, with direct input into business strategy.
Work flexibly--choose between office-based, hybrid, or fully remote arrangements.

Who We're Looking For
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent with 2+ years' PQE
in Wills & Probate.
Commercially minded
--you understand client needs and how to grow a practice.
Self-motivated and proactive
--able to work with initiative and drive results.
Strong communicator
--confident advising clients remotely (Teams/phone) and in person.
