ICS UK Ltd is a well-established and fast-growing foodservice wholesaler and cash & carry business operating multiple warehouses and transport operations across the UK.
We supply a wide range of restaurants, retailers and trade customers, supported by modern systems and a strong logistics network. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to strengthen our operations team with a dedicated Quality & Investigation Officer.
The Role
This role will support operational standards across telesales, warehouse and transport teams.
You will be responsible for monitoring processes, investigating issues, identifying improvement areas and helping ensure orders move smoothly from order stage through to final delivery.
The position offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to work across different parts of a growing business.
Working Hours
8 hours per day 5 days per week on a rota (Monday to Sunday) Shift times will vary depending on operational needs

Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Flexible and reliable Comfortable working across different departments Operations, warehouse or logistics experience preferred
