Are you hands-on, detail-focused and confident managing complex processes? We're looking for a
Process Controller
to join our team in Peterborough-- someone who can keep things running smoothly, safely and efficiently.What You'll Do
Operate and oversee
ovens, driers, and cooking lines
, ensuring products meet all quality and safety standards.Monitor mixing, baking, and garnish processes
, and keep production flowing efficiently.Lead the process team
, ensuring strong communication and teamwork across shifts. Maintaincleanliness, safety, and compliance
at all times. Record material usage and complete required production paperwork. Stop production if safety, quality, or control issues arise.What We're Looking For
Experience in a
manufacturing or food production
environment preferred. Strongattention to detail
and quality. Ateam player
who communicates clearly and takes responsibility. Willingness to followhealth & safety
andfood hygiene
standards. Positive attitude and a desire togrow into a Team Leader role
