As a

Process

Engineer

at its HVSE hub, you will drive proper process engineering best practice and enforce lean-manufacturing process and safety standards, while improving manufacturing flow and keeping ongoing quality standards. Responsibility will be yours for project improvement and keeping lean standards for site production.

Optimise and improve manufacturing processes through focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across machining operations Lead and support lean initiatives by driving continuous improvement through waste reduction, process standardisation, and shop floor optimisation. Manage and contribute to New Product Introduction and localisation projects, ensuring smooth transitions from design to production. Maintain compliance with EHS and ISO standards, supporting audits and promoting strong 5S and change management practices. Deliver hands-on process engineering support, using data analysis and internal systems to identify and implement impactful improvements.
Previous experience in a similar position for Manufacturing Process Engineering Continuous improvement background and knowledge using Lean-Sigma in a similar environment Industry background within Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Hydraulic experience and/or background is a strong benefit to have Six-Sigma or similar process improvement experience is a strong bonus to have * Strong Excel skills and knowledge of how to effectively analyses data to meet business demand, would be advantageous to have
