Job Description


The Process Excellence Analyst supports process owners with improving efficiency & quality (including financial & business risk avoidance aspects) of TGBS finance & accounting processes. These improvements happen through continuous process improvement cycles, ad-hoc improvements and/or transformational projects. Your primary focus in these cycles will be on data-driven and/or qualitative analytical activities during all phases of the improvement cycle (DMAIC).

ABOUT THE JOB

You will support the team with insight that helps to identify, scope and prioritise process weaknesses (in design and/or application), manual workarounds, data quality issues & improvement opportunities. You will use tools to such as process mining and BI reporting to analyse relevant data from our core systems and identify process anomalies and inefficiencies, pain points and other deviations from standard processes.
Besides quantitative analysis you might also be required to gather qualitative information on as-is processes, i.e. through work shadowing & other techniques.
You will assess and enhance performance, identify issues, and need in-depth knowledge of upstream data integration.
You will participate in defining and implementing specific improvements, either in a larger stakeholder group or independently with the delivery teams for smaller changes. This includes providing complete & correct documentation of processes as well as support during training & stabilisation phases.
You will continuously enhance & apply a KPI-driven approach to managing processes. Additionally, you will develop the KPI framework that permanently monitors operational efficiency & quality performance in process delivery You will support process owners in tracking these KPIs, and highlight occurring issues as the basis for future improvements.
Participation in ERP and other transformational projects as a data-, analytical- and subject matter expert.

ABOUT YOU

Experience in a similar position with a minimum of three years developing business improvement skills
Experience in project management, continuous improvement and PM certification advantageous
Exceptional analytical mind set and problem-solving skills and ability to understand process issues, to question the \xe2\x80\x98status quo\xe2\x80\x99 and to conclude on acceptable solutions
Articulate and a strong communicator; able to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, both written and verbal.
An engaging can-do mindset that overcomes resistance to change and that motivates the organization to thrive for continuous improvement and process excellence
Meticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracy, is persistent and accountable
Proficient in MS Office; BPMN (i.e. MS Visio) experience preferred
Fluent in English. Other languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus
