\xc2\xa334,000 - \xc2\xa340,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6A)
Manchester city centre - hybrid working with one day a month in the office and occasional travel to sites

We\'re looking for a process improvement advisor to join our Funeralcare central operations team to make sure our business is running as efficiently and smoothly as possible. We\'re transforming our Funeralcare business to make it fit for the future, so you\'ll get to be involved in a variety of projects.

In this role, you\'ll work with our senior leaders and insight teams to understand what the Funeralcare landscape looks like today and what we\'re building for tomorrow. We\'ll look to you set up robust process framework, with all the correct compliances and policies in place, ready for implementation across the estate. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in building their career in change management to develop their skills within a small, inclusive team.

What you\'ll do

  • work closely with senior business leaders to understand how and where we can make improvements to our Funeralcare processes
  • collaborate with our policy, regulations, assurance, and risk teams to understand the essential requirements our processes need to contain, and then demonstrate how we\'re compliant
  • build very strong relationships with our senior leaders across the business, including those in operations and project teams
  • set up quality assurance framework so that once process maps are created and approved it can be handed over to the QAQC (quality assurance and quality control) team to implement
  • work across multiple different projects at a time, balancing any conflicting priorities
  • support with projects that introduce new technology as part of continuous improvement strategies within Funeralcare
This role would suit people who have
  • previous experience of resolving problems, handling complaints or being involved in a change process
  • the ability to solve problems, spot opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • great relationship building skills up to senior level
  • good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • flexibility to travel to different sites when required
  • the confidence to present virtually and in person to a wide variety of audiences
