Are you a Quality Technician / Supervisor or similar from a Production background looking to get off the tools and advance your career into a Process Improvement Management role where you will directly impact the production process within a company who will offer you project management training and the potential for hybrid working?

This market-leading ice manufacturer produces and packages ice for blue-chip retail clients around the U.K. This exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious candidate from a manufacturing background to join this well-established team due to the company\xe2\x80\x99s continual expansion.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and providing administrative support to the Engineering team. This role will require you to manage projects from scheduling maintenance to improvements on the equipment. After probation, this role can be completed hybrid with 2 days working from home.

This role would suit a Technician or similar from a manufacturing background looking to get off the tools and advance your career into a Process Improvement Management position. The company will put you through a Prince qualification and give you the opportunity to make the role your own.
