The UK Process Improvement Specialist will ensure operational excellence and coordination across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost for my Client. The focus is on continuous improvement, harmonization of standard work, and implementing a robust daily management rhythm.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive process improvement initiatives for my Client using LEAN methodology and innovation, to better support nuclear operators worldwide
Develop and implement LEAN strategies aligned with Client needs
Lead Salesforce process improvement for New Build and Services, considering end-user feedback and collaborating with IT developers
Define, implement, and drive harmonized LEAN operating rhythms
Analyze current pain points, define improvement actions, and implement Standard Work where gaps are identified
Design and deploy a Daily Management System, define relevant PPIs/KPIs, and support the Monthly Operating rhythm
Champion safety culture and employee security in the workplace
Instill quality culture and partner with Quality/Engineering teams on nonconformity management and learning implementation
Ensure project delivery visibility and regional priority alignment
Drive cost productivity through LEAN production tools (5S, waste elimination, loss of value identification)
Lead or support initiatives as directed by the Services Process Improvement Leader
Requirements:
Business degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in LEAN deployment with a proven record of SQDC improvements
Excellent English and French communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience with Salesforce, especially opportunity and deal management
Deep knowledge of Standard Work, Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Facilitation
Demonstrated ability in multicultural and dynamic environments
Willingness to travel (up to 20% internationally and domestically)
Ability to work autonomously and proactively
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions
