Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Machine Minder to join our dynamic team at a leading chocolate manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of various machinery involved in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor chocolate production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Perform operations and handle materials effectively throughout the production process. Assemble components using hand tools and ensure proper tooling is utilised for each task. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and machine performance. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and product quality. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills

Proficient in techniques and mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine programming. Strong understanding of materials handling and tooling requirements. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Versatility in handling various tasks within the production line.
