About the Role

Process Operative

35,075.04

24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, 12-hour shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.

Process Operative

you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

Your main tasks and duties will be:

Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided. Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines. Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances. Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times. Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

About You

For the role of Process Operative we are looking for:

Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail. Be open to learn new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks. Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team. Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions. Be comfortable working to targets. Have previous experience of working within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment - preferred but not essential.
