We are seeking

Operatives

to join both our Process Department and our Powder Plant operation here at

Muller, Skelmersdale

. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes within our facility, ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a very keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Experience of working in a fast paced processing environment, operating machinery, monitoring PC based systems, reviewing data, completing spot checks, basic machine maintenance and general hygiene duties.

Working as part of a team, to ensure the process runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift. Following health and safety regulations and procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have / be

Previous experience an Operator or similar role within a manufacturing or food production environment is

essential.

Flexible in their approach; able to adapt to changing production plans and requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in identifying areas for improvement. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Permanent Opportunity

Rotating shifts across days and nights, 4 on and 4 off, 7 - 7 shift pattern

Salary - 32,135.94pa
