Main Duties:

This role is for a position in a Class 1000 Clean Room and the successful applicant must be clean shaven and face fitted to wear face masks for PPE purposes.

Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Monitor process parameters and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency Collect and analyse data from production runs to identify trends or issues that may impact process performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control records

Qualifications

Previous experience as a process technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Hours

Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm

5 weeks annual leave per annum plus bank holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 29,000.00 per year
