Job Description

We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising production processes, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements. Maintain accurate records of production data, including process parameters and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Provide training and support to new team members on process operations and safety protocols.

Basic Shift Pattern

: "3 on, 4 off" (Rotating Days/Nights)

Work 3 consecutive shifts (either days or nights)

Qualifications

An understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members across departments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
