What You'll Be Doing

As a Process Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our production line running efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and adjusting process variables to maintain optimal performance

Operating and maintaining production equipment such as mixers, reactors, boilers, and automated systems

Troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving process deviations

Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet safety and regulatory standards

Supporting maintenance teams with preventive tasks

Collecting and analysing process data to drive improvements

Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance

Promoting safety and environmental standards

Training and mentoring junior members

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial setting

Strong technical understanding of production processes and machinery

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills and a proactive mindset

Physical ability to work in a demanding environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma

Familiarity with data analysis and process control software

Forklift Truck License (preferred but not essential)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
