Job Description
Biocatalysts is comprised of 4 companies, headquartered in Cardiff (Wales, UK) and co-located in Nieuwkuijk (Netherlands), Tampa (Florida, USA) and Ascheberg (Germany). Brought together as an integrated Bioproducts Division in October 2023, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of BRAIN Biotech Group, based in Zwingenberg (Germany). Position:

Preparation, start up and monitoring of enzyme plant production process Following standard operating procedures and completing batch records Trouble shooting and resolving technical/product issues Working closely with Operations, Quality and New Product Development teams when developing new process/technical capabilities Solving process problems and exploring innovative solutions Ensure maintenance of plant and equipment is carried out to agreed schedules Working with your team on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Be conversant with and adopt the procedures stated in the Quality, Environmental Management System (QEMS) Manual and its supporting documents Carry out the responsibilities stated in the Managing Director's Health & Safety Policy Operate effectively, efficiently, and safely all plant/equipment needed in production of speciality enzyme Environmental, Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP and GMP FLT operator
