Job Purpose:

To assist in the procurement and sourcing process for Pixel Inspiration. Working with the Procurement Manager, Accounts Department and Client Service Managers to coordinate the sending out of quotations, purchase orders, expediting deliveries, managing tracking of goods ordered not received and support of the stock management process to ensure purchases are delivered in budget and on time for the operational function of the business.

Assistance of Supplier management and relationships to monitor performance and compliance.

Personality:

An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills. Able to work on their own, and as part of a team to strict deadlines, has basic knowledge of the procurement function and a willingness to develop this further.

Key challenges:



Offering support to a busy procurement department whilst ensuring accuracy is adhered to Manage and prioritise workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and time is used efficiently.

Key responsibilities:



Review, log and accept new procurement jobs on the ERP and CRM Systems To assist in keeping systems current with latest products and best pricing Provide support to the Client Service Managers in processing jobs through the system Review commercial terms and agreements with third party service providers, including onboarding of new suppliers Expediting of all purchase orders and updating relevant systems with key delivery dates and information Liaison with warehousing on stock management and forecasting perspective Supporting the invoicing process of supplier invoices Monitor delivery performance of all suppliers, presenting analysis to the Procurement Manager Maintain key supplier relationships Liaising externally with freight forwarders, suppliers and shopfitters Provide support to Procurement Manager with new business wins, client communication and brief management

General administration



Interfacing with Pixel finance, operations and customer service departments to ensure effective delivery of client requirements Conduct duties using Pixel technologies and process and policy Maintain a safe working environment, observing health and safety procedures at all times. Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers.

Additional preference - French speaking (verbal and written)

Required Education and Experience:



Educated to A' Level standard Procurement / Sourcing knowledge & qualification preferred but not essential Purchasing / Sourcing Experience: 2 years (preferred) Or similar such as finance / accountancy / supplier management
