Position Overview of Procurement Administrator



We are looking for a challenge-driven Procurement Administrator who has ambitions to develop and grow their skillset with Daher within our Procurement department. In this role you will be reporting to the Procurement Coordinator, working in collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers in complex and varied projects.

Responsibilities of Procurement Administrator



Create and issue Purchase orders to external suppliers in-line with the production planning requirements. Track and expedite purchase orders to avoid manufacturing delays and achieve group OTD KPIs Maintain and develop supplier relationships within the organisations supply chain. Administer commodity sourcing, identify innovation and sustainability in the market. Data entry for KPI reporting and supplier analysis. Generate works order estimates using material costs, labour and manufacturing timings.

Requirements of Procurement Administrator



Build excellent relations to ensure maximum efficiency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work within cross functional teams or projects. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel. Internal training of in-house MRP system will be provided. Industry, product knowledge and manufacturing environment experience is an advantage but no essential Logical, numerate with strong problem-solving skills. Proven track record within purchasing or experience in a similar role preferable
