What You'll Be Doing




You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our procurement function -- ensuring smooth processes, accurate documentation, and strong supplier relationships.

Procurement Support



Assist in sourcing and onboarding suppliers through research and administrative support. Help manage supplier records and ensure compliance with internal processes. Support the team in obtaining and comparing quotes and proposals.

Contract & Supplier Management



Maintain accurate supplier information and contract documentation. Track supplier performance and support communication between departments and vendors. Help ensure all procurement activities align with policy and audit requirements.

Cost Analysis & Savings



Maintain procurement databases and assist with spend analysis. Support cost-saving and efficiency initiatives through accurate reporting and tracking.

About you




Whilst direct procurement experience is a plus, it's not essential -- what matters most is a strong commercial mindset, even if gained in another function. Bonus points if you've worked in procurement, but what truly counts is your ability to bring:

Commercial Acumen: You understand the bottom line and how strategic procurement supports it. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills - confident and clear in both written and verbal forms. Attention to detail - accuracy matters to you. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for developing a career in procurement.
