About the Role
We are recruiting a motivated Procurement Administrator to support purchasing, logistics and material coordination across all Indigo projects, including sports lighting, civil engineering, modular stands, electrical works and goalpost installations.
Key Responsibilities
Raise purchase orders and manage order tracking end-to-end.
Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability and lead times.
Track deliveries and ensure materials reach site on schedule.
Support warehouse and transport coordination.
Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.
Assist with inventory management and stock reporting.
Coordinate with Project Managers to meet project material requirements.
Support procurement process improvements as the business scales.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in procurement, buying or supply chain (construction helpful).
Strong communication and organisation skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads and work under tight deadlines.
Good computer literacy (Excel, stock systems beneficial).
