Procurement Administrator

Permanent, Hybrid, Full Time, 38.75 hours, Monday to Friday 08:45am to 5:30pm

Location: Rugby Head Office

Your new role:



Working closely with the Buying team, the role will be involved in the administration of sourcing of new items, tendering of existing business, negotiation of pricing/terms/rebates, the on-boarding of new suppliers, creation of commercial terms and management of such agreements. The role will also be involved in compliance with legislative and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop a good understanding of the supplier community and support in continually improving our product supply options by maintaining and developing a good relationship with suppliers Support the tendering & RFQ process within the Purchasing Team Support with the onboarding of approved new suppliers to Hafele UK Support the Supply Chain function with maintaining data integrity Support the team to manage initiatives such as Hafele UK's Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement including risk analysis, identifying areas of concern and supporting mitigation. Support in the Procurement team's process efficiency and effectiveness

This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 08:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The role is being offered with hybrid option once successful training is completed, for which we would require you to be on site Monday and Tuesday with the rest of your working week to be completed from home should you choose.
