Vigor Doors Ltd is a growing, forward-thinking business specialising in fire door manufacturing. We are seeking an organised and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our team and support our busy Pre-Construction team.
Key Responsibilities
Raising supplier requisitions and purchase orders in line with company procedures.
Assisting with procurement schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations, lead times and track orders.
Using Microsoft Excel to manage data, track procurement metrics and produce reports.
Assisting with Sage entries relating to procurement and purchase orders
Assist in managing stock levels
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing administrative role.
Competence in Microsoft Excel - spreadsheets, formulas, reporting
Experience using Sage is desirable but full training will be given
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with schedules, deadlines and priorities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
