We are looking to recruit a Procurement Analyst. As the Procurement Analyst you will support the Process & Systems Team and Global Procurement Organisation in analysing and preparing various KPI data and information such as spend & savings reports, payment terms, performance and sourcing activities. Evaluate and analyse potential new suppliers and support the onboarding process with regards to risk management.

The Role

To evaluate and analyse potential new suppliers and support the onboarding process with regards to risk management.

Support with the identification and preparation of external market reports and research.

Use your expertise in the utilization of procurement tools including Spend Analysis, Power BI, RFx\xe2\x80\x99s, contracting and scorecards/reports/communications

Engage and align with internal customers/stakeholders to support reporting, analysis and presentation needs.

Participate in negotiations for the categories they support.

Provide reporting and analytics to improve compliance to Procurement Policies and Procedures

Support the preparation of annual sourcing plans linked to category strategies.

Supports in-depth analysis of assigned categories to identify and understand future price trends and budget cost projections.

Support the identification of new systems and technologies for GPO and stay familiar with current technology.

Provide vendor and product performance reports to support SRM and Contract Management activities.

The Candidate

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Business Degree preferred

APICS, CPSM certification desirable

Strong analytical skills including financial management and metrics

Relevant Industry experience is essential with proven experience required

Working knowledge and experience of procurement and best-in-class practices, principles, process, tools and methodologies
