Role Summary

This is a senior procurement role covering all purchasing and supply chain operations for bathrooms, plumbing, and heating, across every category. The successful candidate will oversee established suppliers in the UK, China, Eastern Europe, and Europe, ensuring the efficient management and continued optimisation of our robust supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full supplier base and all product categories within bathrooms, plumbing, and heating.

- Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers across China, Eastern Europe, Europe, and the UK.

- Utilise BrightPearl OMS and Sage Intacct for order management and financial oversight.

- Ensure the effective operation of the supply chain, supporting ongoing business growth and maintaining operational continuity.

- Work in close collaboration with sales teams, demonstrating outstanding negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.

- Undertake travel as required to supplier regions for relationship management and quality assurance.

- Apply logistics knowledge to strengthen our international supply chain efficiency and reliability.

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Expertise in supplier negotiation and cross-cultural communication.

- Experience in logistics and international procurement within relevant sectors.

- Familiarity with BrightPearl OMS and Sage Intacct software.

- Background in the bathrooms, plumbing, and heating industry preferred.

Additional Information

- This position is office-based in Birmingham, with no hybrid working arrangements.

- There are no specific compliance or ethical sourcing standards required at present; however, a practical understanding of global supply chain risk is desirable.
