About the Role



We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Projects Assistant/Administrator to support our Projects Manager and wider operations team. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong eye for detail. You'll be involved in procurement, project planning, logistics, and after-sales coordination--helping ensure each project runs smoothly from initial drawings through to completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement



Send out quotation requests to suppliers to secure pricing for new and upcoming projects. Once a project goes live, issue updated drawings for final quotations and assist with documentation for project manager approval. Monitor consumable stock levels and place orders as required.

Project Planning & Logistics



Attend regular planning meetings with the Projects and Installations Manager to review upcoming workload. Arrange all project logistics, including deliveries, transport, and plant equipment. Assist with pre-site health & safety documentation such as RAMS, lift plans, and related paperwork.

After-Sales Coordination



Prepare and issue warranty documentation on project completion. Act as the first point of contact for after-sales queries. Gather relevant information to support after-sales requests and coordinate with the Installations Manager to ensure efficient resolution. Maintain accurate tracking of all open after-sales tasks.

General Administration



Update the company CRM with drawings, dates, project details, and product information. Carry out general office administration, including answering calls and managing office stock.

About You



Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines. Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams. Construction industry experience is a strong advantage. Experience in project administration, procurement, or logistics is beneficial but not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with new systems (CRM experience is a bonus).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-35,000.00 per year
