Are you passionate about keeping procurement processes running smoothly in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? You'll support sourcing, supplier coordination, and purchasing processes that keep our operations on track and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities



You assist with purchasing processes, including order handling, documentation, and timely follow-up with suppliers. You support all supplier management activities by maintaining accurate records, preparing evaluations, and coordinating communication. You help to monitor costs and contribute to analyses that support procurement efficiency and optimization. You coordinate with internal stakeholders and the central procurement team to ensure smooth processes and information flow. You are responsible for the efficient and on-time procurement of goods. You negotiate contracts and build relationships with key suppliers and form the bridge to the FIEGE central procurement team.

Requirements



Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent professional experience, first knowledge in procurement, purchasing, or logistics is a plus but not required. Familiarity with international and local supplier markets in the 3PL segment. Strong motivation to build and grow your career in procurement, with curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and methods. Structured and reliable way of working, combined with an eye for details and the ability to support analytical tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and hands-on attitude. Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage but not essential.
