Job Description


I am currently recruiting for a global facilities management business who operate across hospitality, sports, commercial, defence, energy, education,housing, pharmaceuticals, retail and transport industries.

This role is working for one of their clients

The role is home based with travel to Reigate 2 days per week

They are looking for a procurement manager or senior buyer with experiences in Facilities management procurement

It is preferred that you have a strong supplier network within the facilities marketplace and like to work with ESG initiatives.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support within your team and cross functionally. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities the business has to offer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic procurement, including sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers, SRM, developing our preferred supplier programme, spend analysis etc.
  • Leading Procurement tendering/RFX and mobilisation activities.
  • Supplier on-boarding via our procurement platform. Liaising with other gateway owners to progress i.e. operations, QHSE and finance teams.
  • Supporting ethical and sustainable procurement including social value, supplier diversity, tackling modern slavery, etc.
  • Managing the contract register, supplier directory and Sharepoint portal.
  • Drafting of procurement and contractual documents.
  • Monitoring, reviewing and reporting supplier performance statistics.
